L3Harris Courseware Developer Role

Shape the future of defense training with L3Harris as a Courseware Developer based in Waterdown, Ontario. Engage directly in creating impactful training materials and eLearning solutions. This role focuses on the technical development of courseware that supports both customer training and internal service center programs.

You will work closely with instructors and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that training content is relevant, accurate, and meets stringent security standards. This impactful position is key to promoting best practices in training delivery.
