Compensation

Minimum compensation: starting from 11,000 PLN. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competencies.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead one of our KYC Teams in Poland and support our Institutional Clients onboarding process. The jobholder will drive improvements in KYC onboarding process to support the company’s strategic objectives, working alongside the KYC Manager for EMEA and coordinating with Teams in Poland and India.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of a team of KYC Analysts including team and individual performance.
  • Adhere to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
  • Allocate work and resources.
  • Provide training, coaching and development to KYC Analysts.
  • Provide production support and subject matter expertise for gathering data and supporting documents regarding clients from independent data sources.
  • Support KYC Analysts in identifying data and documentation gaps and coach them on researching accordingly.
  • Validate clients’ KYC risk profile and raise concerns such as negative news.
  • Liaise with other teams as needed (e.g., New Business, Compliance).
  • Act as an escalation point for issues requiring Compliance and other parties.
  • Follow global standard policies, procedures and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing AML/KYC activities in financial services, including institutional clients onboarding.
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end KYC and client onboarding processes.
  • Experience managing teams up to 10 FTE.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong risk awareness (operational, compliance, business, reputational).
  • Problem solving and analytical mindset.
  • Experience onboarding across different client types.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Understanding of sourcing information from various data sources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ability to design and understand operational reporting.
  • Highly flexible and able to react swiftly to changing priorities and urgent situations.
  • Process improvement and efficiency orientation.
