KPU Student Engagement Manager

Transform student experiences as the Student Engagement Manager at KPU. Lead initiatives for new student transitions while enhancing campus collaboration and program delivery across all campuses. Reporting to the Director of Student Success, this managerial role oversees the Coordinator of Transition Programs, Events Specialist, and various support staff.

With a focus on strategic planning, you will implement effective engagement strategies tailored to KPU learners. Your experience in student services will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment for all students. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute transition and engagement programs • Collaborate across departments for effective student services • Manage and lead diverse teams, ensuring productivity • Enhance student experiences through exceptional programming • Assess program effectiveness and lead continuous improvement Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred • 3 years in post-secondary student services • 1 year managing a team, preferably in unions • Experience in event planning or supporting diverse students • Knowledge of student information management systems Elevate student engagement at KPU through leadership and collaboration, ensuring a dynamic orientation experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
