Key Requirements

• Ph.D./MBA/PGDM or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong academic record with relevant teaching, research, and/or academic leadership experience.
• Candidates from IIMs, IITs, reputed B-Schools, leading Universities, and international institutions are preferred.
• Strong research profile with publications in reputed journals is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, leadership, and curriculum development skills.
• Industry experience, consultancy, academic collaborations, and corporate engagement will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, contemporary, and experiential teaching.
• Lead and support curriculum development and academic excellence.
• Mentor students and contribute to their professional development.
• Undertake research, publications, consultancy, and academic collaborations.
• Develop industry and institutional partnerships.
• Contribute to accreditation, rankings, quality initiatives, seminars, conferences, and FDPs.
• HODs will additionally provide academic and administrative leadership, faculty mentoring, programme development, and institutional growth initiatives.
