Michael’s Grill & Salad Bar in Highland Park is in need of a great team member for its kitchen staff. Full and part time positions available. This team player can successfully work in a fast paced environment, learns quickly, and knows how to set themselves up for success. We strive to create a positive and staff-focused organization with the understanding that happy employees = happy customers.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic food knowledge
• Shows up to work on time
• Dependable to work scheduled shifts
• Previous line cook experience
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing
• Have strong communication skills
• Be focused on the details
• Be trustworthy and honest

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Michael’s menu items
• Work cleanly and organized
• Provide high quality food in a timely matter
• Keep proper sanitation levels
• Provide friendly direction to customers in need
• Be a team player

Rate of pay and schedule varies by assignment. Full-time & Part-time

$17.00 - $19.00 / hour plus tips
