Responsibilities: Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to recipes and standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage food inventory, ordering, cost control, and waste reduction to meet financial targets.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization in compliance with health regulations.
