Job Description Job Description Kitchen Manager Location: Florida City, FL An established high-volume casual dining restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, develop culinary talent, and maintain exceptional execution standards. What You Will Do Lead all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and execution Manage daily kitchen staffing, scheduling, and labor performance Recruit, train, coach, and develop line cooks and kitchen supervisors Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance standards Monitor inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and product usage Control food cost, waste, and overall kitchen profitability Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience Conduct line checks, quality audits, and operational reviews Drive kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork throughout the operation What We Are Looking For 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or comparable restaurant leadership experience Proven success in a high-volume casual dining, sports bar, or full-service restaurant environment Strong understanding of labor management, food cost controls, and inventory systems Experience leading teams of 20+ back-of-house employees Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance requirements Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak-volume periods Stable employment history with demonstrated leadership progression preferred Compensation & Details Base Salary: $65,000 โ $70,000 Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plan options Performance-based bonus opportunity Leadership development and advancement opportunities within a growing organization Location: Florida City, FL How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume along with a brief introduction outlining their relevant leadership experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
