Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager will support the sales and marketing of ILIS services, targeting asset owners and operators, and collaborative industry partners. Responsibilities encompass client prospecting, conducting product presentations/demonstrations, key account strategy, training, and promotion of integrity engineering, pipeline repairs, and consulting services. The role necessitates building and nurturing relationships, engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, utilizing a CRM tool, and offering technical expertise on our services and products to customers.

Additional responsibilities will include working directly with the ILPS business development team, attending tradeshows, travelling to communicate with customers, and supporting in‑field activities when required. Job Duties Prospect new customers and understand how ILIS can provide services or products to these customers. Tracking opportunities and upcoming work based on news events, regulatory changes and customer integrity and inspection work cycles.

Driving sales contact with prospective clients through cold‑calling, warm‑calling, networking, and other organized events. Diligently utilizing the CRM tool (Acumatica) for effective client relations management. Completing presentations to prospective and current clients Support the development of ILIS’ sales strategy and establish Key Performance Indicators to track successful implementation.

Provide input on sales plans, budgets, and targets. Conducting product demos for products sold by the Company. Responding to technical and project execution questions and concerns posed by customer contacts.

Prepare and present technical presentations to internal and external audiences Updating and using customer relationship management tools Attend and participate in Company safety meetings. Promote a culture of safe work habits and respect for the environment in the conduct of our field work both to clients and to Company personnel. Follow recommended best practices in the training and certification of individuals in relation to Clock Spring products.

Pass and complete required company and client safety orientations in order to perform field training or field work. Assist with other company coordination or administrative tasks when required. Work on other internal projects that improve and streamline Company processes, update the Company knowledge base and competency of Company personnel.

Knowledge, Skill & Technical Requirements A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the pipeline integrity technical field, is required. Experience in the US is an asset. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field is preferred.

Must have robust knowledge of the Canadian and US pipeline & asset integrity industry, ILIS’ services, client needs, and safety requirements for company activities. Existing relationships and contact network within the asset integrity industry is highly preferred. A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract is required.

Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point is essential. Experience using Acumatica or equivalent CRM specific to client relations management is ideal. Highly self‑motivated with an outgoing personality and a desire to contribute to the strategic success of the organization.

Strong interpersonal skills to develop and continuously grow relationships with new and existing clients. Excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills with the strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changes. Team player capable of contributing operationally and cooperatively as a member of the team. Hours for this position are varied and are dictated by events, client requirements, client locations and other factors.

The successful candidate is expected to be available during regular Company office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and would spend approximately 35% of their time in an office setting and 65% of their time travelling. This ratio will be dictated by workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
