Key Account Manager - East/West Africa

Overview

In this role you will drive growth across East/West Africa by developing and executing a sales strategy that expands SharkNinja's footprint. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing and digital teams, working with regional hubs to grow existing categories and launch new ones. The position involves representing the brand professionally online and offline, with travel and trade-events to boost performance.

You’ll rely on data to uncover opportunities and negotiate win-win outcomes for customers and SharkNinja.

• Build and execute a sales strategy to hit sales and margin targets and launch new products
• Grow core categories in East/West Africa and introduce new categories
• Represent SharkNinja positively online and offline
• Plan and run online, in-store and off-page activities to drive sales
• Forecast accurately aligned with goals
• Negotiate favorable terms with customers
• Analyze market and sell-out data to identify opportunities
• Organize trade shows and retail events
• Report on competitive activities and pricing
• Identify new retailers for incremental business
• Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings and company events

• Fluent English; additional local languages a plus
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience
• Appetite for SharkNinja products
