This role offers the opportunity to work across an established ADHD and Epilepsy portfolio, partnering with key NHS stakeholders to improve patient access, support service development, and drive commercial growth across London and the South East.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a more strategic Key Account Management position. Whether you're currently working as a Hospital Representative, Territory Manager, GP Representative with specialist care exposure, or an existing KAM seeking a new challenge, this role offers strong development and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans across key healthcare centres
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, specialist nurses, pharmacists and wider NHS stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support pathway development
  • Deliver high-quality customer engagement through both face-to-face and virtual interactions
  • Analyse local healthcare environments and customer insights to shape account strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams
  • Achieve territory objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and patient focus

Requirements:

  • Secondary care experience is preferred but not essential
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience within the NHS environment
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within pharmaceutical sales
  • Commercially minded with strong account planning capabilities
