We work with: • Wix Studio • WordPress • Elementor • Shopify • SEO-focused websites • Business and startup brands We are looking for a motivated and responsible Web Designer & WordPress Executive who is willing to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced agency environment. Role Overview We are looking for a junior-to-mid-level web professional who can support website design, WordPress development, responsiveness, and client communication.

The ideal candidate should: • Have a good understanding of modern website design • Be confident in WordPress and Wix Studio • Communicate professionally • Handle assigned tasks independently with proper timelines This role requires strong ownership, learning attitude, and problem-solving capability. Responsibilities Website Design • Design clean and modern website layouts aligned with brand guidelines • Maintain consistency in fonts, spacing, colors, and UI elements • Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile • Work on Wix Studio and WordPress website design execution WordPress Development • Build and manage WordPress pages using Elementor or similar builders • Handle responsiveness, layout fixes, forms, menus, and content updates • Configure and manage plugins as required • Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution • Ensure websites are properly optimized and functional Project Execution • Complete assigned tasks within timelines • Manage multiple website tasks in an organized manner • Provide regular updates on work progress • Research and solve issues independently before escalation • Maintain proper structure and organization of website assets and sections Client Communication • Communicate professionally through email and meetings • Understand client requirements and implement changes accordingly • Maintain proper written English and structured communication Required Skills • Experience in WordPress and Elementor • Basic to intermediate experience in Wix Studio • Understanding of responsive web design • Good understanding of layout, typography, and spacing • Basic knowledge of website optimization and SEO structure • Ability to independently handle assigned website sections/pages Preferred Skills • Previous agency experience • Understanding of hosting/domain basics • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD • Basic troubleshooting capability in WordPress What We Expect • Accountability and ownership • Willingness to learn and improve continuously • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Strong communication and reporting habits • Positive attitude toward feedback and improvement Salary & Growth ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on experience, technical capability, communication, and execution quality) Performance-based growth opportunities available for candidates showing strong ownership and delivery capability.
