We use AI tools alongside traditional editing to do better work, faster. The Role We're hiring a Video Editor to cut reels, shorts, and social ads for our clients.

You'll work closely with our senior editor and creative lead, and learn to use AI video tools as part of the daily workflow — we'll teach you the ones you don't already know. What You'll Do Edit reels, shorts, and social ads across multiple brands Build text animations, transitions, and simple motion graphics Use AI tools to generate B-roll and stylised sequences (training provided) Repurpose long-form content into platform-native cuts Manage your projects on Zoho Projects What You'll Need 1–2 years of video editing experience (agency, studio, or freelance) Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro Comfortable with CapCut Curiosity about AI tools, bonus if you've tried one A reel or portfolio that shows your range Nice to Have After Effects, Photoshop Hindi/Gujarati alongside English Basic shooting skills (DSLR/mirrorless) Experience editing for real estate, F&B, lifestyle, or events What We Offer Mentorship from our senior editor, creative lead, and founder Budget and time to learn new AI tools on the job A clear path to Senior Video Editor in 18–24 months A small, fast-moving team where your work directly shapes the output How to Apply Send your CV and showreel to [email protected]
