Junior Software Developer (Fullstack) Intern - Securities Processes - TalentBank 2026

TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

Join our team as a(n) Junior Software Developer (Fullstack) Intern!

Our main technologies are Java, React JS, MS Azure, Oracle, PostgreSQL. Our goal is to build accurate and efficient risk screening tools and processes for various industries and segments, create customer-oriented transition process of engagements, while simultaneously ensuring a risk adequate and cost-efficient loan process.

The Full Stack Developer implements and maintains software based on business requirements or incidents and does optimizations and performance tasks. He/she designs, plans and implements java applications depending on bank standard architectures and business requirements.

What you will be doing?

• Software development, defect analysis and bug fixing
• Software configuration management and development
• Creation of technical documentation
• Technical reviews of system components
• Re-Engineering/Refactoring of software systems

• Optimization of the test process
