We are also an authorized training partner for leading technology platforms including ServiceNow and Salesforce. We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Junior Services Sales Specialist to support our growth initiatives by driving new customer acquisition, partner ecosystem expansion, and education sales opportunities.

Role Overview The Junior Services Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, driving training and education sales into universities and institutions, and building a strong sales pipeline for the company's consulting, staffing, and training services. This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional looking to build a career in IT Services Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities New Logo Acquisition Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers across target industries.

Generate new business opportunities for IT Consulting, Professional Services, Staffing, and Training Solutions. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, outreach, and networking. Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.

Support proposal creation, presentations, and commercial discussions. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking in CRM systems. Partner Empanelment & Alliance Development Identify and onboard new technology partners, system integrators, consulting firms, and staffing partners.

Expand Steadfast's partner ecosystem to increase access to project opportunities and resource requirements. Manage partner registration, empanelment, and compliance documentation. Develop relationships with key partner stakeholders to generate referrals and collaborative opportunities.

Track and maintain an active partner engagement pipeline. Education Sales & University Engagement Promote Steadfast's training and certification programs to universities, colleges, and educational institutions. Build relationships with placement cells, training departments, and academic leadership teams.

Identify opportunities for workshops, boot camps, certification programs, internships, and corporate readiness initiatives. Coordinate with internal training teams to execute educational programs. Support student enrollment and institutional sales targets.

Pipeline Development & Lead Generation Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across services and training offerings. Research market trends, target accounts, and competitive intelligence. Qualify inbound and outbound leads.

Maintain regular follow-ups to progress opportunities through the sales cycle. Ensure consistent pipeline coverage to support revenue targets. Reporting & Sales Operations Update CRM and sales dashboards regularly.

Track KPIs related to lead generation, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue. Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and training teams to ensure smooth execution of opportunities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field. 2โ€“3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Recruitment Sales, Education Sales, or IT Services Sales. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities. Good understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Preferred Skills Experience in IT Services, Technology Training, Staffing, or Consulting sales. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cyber Security, Infrastructure Services, or ITSM domains. Experience engaging with universities, colleges, or training institutions.

Knowledge of partner management and alliance programs.
