As part of a dynamic IT & HR team, youll help optimize internal workflows, provide technical and functional support, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞:

· Handle incidents, evolutive changes, and business requirements in HR processes.

· Parameterize and maintain SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT).

· Participate in functional testing, validations, and go-live activities.

· Prepare clear functional and technical documentation.

· Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

· Learn new applications and technologies within the HR ecosystem.
