Junior Product Manager
AI Clearing
Job Description
Junior Product Manager About the Job We are looking for a curious, analytical, and well-organized Junior Product Manager to join our Product Team in Warsaw. Depending on your background, you may know this role as Associate PM, Product Owner, or IT Business Analyst — the work sits at the intersection of all three. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, turning customer needs and business problems into clear product requirements and practical solutions.
Your work spans the full product development process: gathering and clarifying requirements, analyzing workflows, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, organizing product documentation, refining the backlog, and helping teams understand what should be built and why. This is a junior role for someone who wants to grow at the intersection of product management, business analysis, and technology. Over time you will take ownership of selected product areas and lead smaller initiatives from problem discovery to delivery.
