Junior IT Analyst Up to £25,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Paid Overtime Bristol Area The Company A global software company who provide cutting edge technology to the education sector is currently looking to extend the field service team who are responsible for their modern payment platform. With national growth of accounts they're looking for a motivated candidate to join their business. This is a field based role, as such you must have a driving license.

The Role Your role will be to visit customer sites, ensuring the maintenance and installation of their kit, which includes software upgrades, hardware installation, cabling and much more. The role is a great opportunity for a Junior who is looking for the opportunity to begin a career in Technology, with progression available becoming a Senior Engineer and leading projects. Requirements General knowledge of IT systems (Software Installs, Network Connectivity / Microsoft and Windows OS) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Strong customer service orientation to provide timely and efficient support Valid UK driving license to travel to various sites A clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to working in educational environments Salary £25,000 Company pension Paid overtime 25 days annual leave We're looking for this candidate to start ASAP, if you're local to the area surrounding Bristol this role could also suit you.
