Role Profile: Junior Financial Analyst Successful candidates would have the opportunity to work on a large range of different corporate finance transactions, with direct participation and responsibility as part of the wider project teams.

EPIC is based in London with a growing team in Noida. The role is based in the Noida office – which also serves as the offices of a sister organization EPIC Administration (this role is not within EPIC Administration and is related to corporate finance rather than fund administration / accounting). Members of the team have previously visited London to work directly with the London team members.

Role Description and Responsibility Overview EPIC is unique in offering cross-disciplinary work experience to employees by providing them with significant experience of deal origination, execution and client interaction across private equity, corporate finance and fund placement transactions. The responsibilities of the role would include: Supporting the origination of investment opportunities, corporate finance and fund placement mandates.

Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials. Analyzing markets and assessing selected sectors and companies. Building financial models.

Performing valuation analyses, including comparable transactions and publicly trading companies. Identifying potential investors and buyers. The position includes on the job and regular team training sessions, with a focus on personal and team development.

Candidate Profile Self-motivated and diligent in approach, with an interest in building a career in corporate finance. Outstanding communication skills are required, particular in written material. Proven ability to establish effective relationships and work well within a team (working remotely or working directly with international teams is desirable).

Analytical, combining both quantitative and qualitative skills. Proven experience in creation of company profiles, trading and transaction comparable valuation analyses Strong academic credentials from a top tier university. Strong mathematical background, practical experience of corporate finance valuation techniques.

Minimum 18 months’ prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, investment management or transaction-focused accounting. Track record of personal responsibility, in particular working in a project-based environment with tight deadlines and of delivering to client expectations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.

Practical knowledge of FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg or equivalent databases Relevant professional certifications or qualifications (e.g. CFA above Level 2) will support the application. Location / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a (weekly rotating basis).
