Junior Business Analyst – FX / Capital Markets Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Salary: Up to £45,000 + great benefits We’re working with a global financial services organisation kicking off a major transformation within their FX function. They’re looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business and technology teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their BA career to gain exposure to a high-impact programme within a large, structured environment.

The Role Work closely with FX Operations to gather and define requirements Translate business needs into clear inputs for technology teams Support documentation and process mapping across FX platforms Collaborate with both business and tech teams to support delivery What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ experience in a BA or business-facing role Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Interest in financial services, ideally FX / capital markets Background in a larger organisation preferred 2:1 degree (or equivalent) Why Apply?
