Junior Architect Company: Luxury real estate Location: Juhu, Mumbai Experience: 2 - 3 years Timings: Monday - Saturday About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings. Develop design concepts and assist in the preparation of presentation drawings. Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards. Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.

Prepare design documentation and maintain project records. Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 2–3 years of relevant architectural experience.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings. Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.

Good understanding of municipal regulations and building codes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
