Position Summary: The Treasury Operations Team Member supports daily cash management, bank administration, compliance activities, and treasury reporting.
Reporting to the Cash Operations Manager, the role ensures accurate execution of treasury processes, strong documentation, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in treasury operations or banking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Your Responsibilities: Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts, flagging variances and assisting in maintaining optimal liquidity levels. Support execution of internal funding requests, payment processing, and daily cash repatriation activities. Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to support KYC documentation and bank account management.
Maintain up-to-date operational records and support treasury documentation standards to ensure audit readiness, while assisting with the preparation of reports and supporting materials for internal and external audits as needed. Proactively support and help shape treasury operations by identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing end-to-end process design, and applying a lean, solutions-focused mindset. Drive the automation of treasury reporting by leveraging Power BI development and Python coding to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Prepare operational reports to track cash positions, identify forecast variances, and evaluate bank account structures to enable effective financial management and strategic oversight. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience in treasury operations, cash management, or a related role.
Hands on experience with daily cash management, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and/or KYC documentation is highly preferred. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc); Power BI and Python Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in transactional activities.
