Who you are: We are looking for talented, motivated AI specialist to build, customize, and integrate AI‑enhanced capabilities within our NetSuite ERP. You’ll contribute to SuiteScript development, workflows, saved searches, and integrations, while gaining hands-on experience with AI tools for automation, data extraction, summarization, and predictive insights across finance, order management, inventory, and fulfillment. What you’ll do: Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations: Write and test SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 scripts, workflows (SuiteFlow), custom records, fields, and dashboards.

Build saved searches and reports to support operations and analytics. Integrate generative AI (for summarization, recommendations, and guided workflows) and NLP for document parsing/classification. Assist with predictive analytics for demand/inventory signals in partnership with data teams.

Build and support integrations: Implement REST/SOAP integrations (SuiteTalk) and connect external AI APIs and services; help maintain iPaaS flows (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato). Ensure reliability and performance: Monitor scripts/workflows, troubleshoot errors, and resolve data and integration issues; participate in testing and deployments. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work with finance, operations, e‑commerce/WMS, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions; document designs and best practices.

What you’ll bring: Education/experience: Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence 1 or more years experience in software development; JavaScript proficiency; familiarity with SuiteScript 2.x fundamentals. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and webhooks; basic SQL for data work. Exposure to AI/ML concepts (generative AI, NLP, or predictive analytics) and experience calling AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex) is a plus.

Familiarity with integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, Workato) is advantageous. Mindset: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Clear communication, collaborative approach, and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

Nice to have: Exposure to NetSuite and Suitescript is a plus Experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) or WMS (NetSuite WMS, RF‑SMART). NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer)
