Commercial Journeyman Plumber - School District

Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM to start, transitioning to 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for standard/summer hours

Licensed Journeyman Plumber

Pay: $33.68–$34.29/hour | Approximately $66,000–$67,200/year

What You'll Do

• Receive, prioritize, and develop plans for plumbing service requests.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters, boilers, and domestic hot-water equipment.
• Diagnose and repair domestic hot-water controls and related electrical components.
• Install, repair, test, and certify backflow prevention devices.
• Repair and replace domestic hot, circulating, waste, vent, pool, and irrigation piping.
• Troubleshoot sewer gas issues and indoor air-quality concerns.
• Test for and repair natural gas and compressed-air leaks.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls.
• Assist with snow removal efforts when needed.

What You Need

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber — required
• At least 4 years of plumbing experience after obtaining your journeyman license
• Commercial plumbing experience.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
