Aerotek is hiring Industrial Electricians for a company located in Southaven, MS. These positions are 3 month contract to hire opportunities paying $30-60/hr depending on experience in the field. Employees will receive $160/day for 7 days of per diem. If interested and qualified, please apply for immediate consideration.

Hours: Required 6, 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (must be open) can work 7 days.

Pay: $30-$60/hour (based on experience)

Per Diem: $160/day x7

Experience Required: 5+ years (will not consider anyone with less than 5 years)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Travel Electricians with experience in industrial or data center construction. This role involves installing, terminating, testing, and commissioning low-voltage (480V) and medium-voltage (15kV-35kV) electrical systems at project sites across the country.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, cable tray, duct bank, cable, and electrical equipment.
• Perform 480V and medium-voltage terminations (15kV/35kV).
• Read and work from blueprints, one-lines, and electrical drawings.
• Assist with system testing, energization, and commissioning.
• Follow all NFPA 70E, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Use testing equipment such as multimeters and meggers.
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of industrial or data center electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years of medium-voltage experience (5kV+ required).
• Experience with 480V and/or 35kV cable terminations.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and perform hands-on installation work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
