As a Journeyman, you’ll shape projects from layout to commissioning—and help the next generation learn the trade.

What impact you’ll make Bring commercial electrical systems online in full compliance with NEC, local codes, and job specifications Translate drawings and schematics into clear field execution plans Design conduit runs, pull wire, and install/trim devices with craftsmanship Set and terminate panels, switchgear, transformers, and equipment Verify performance through testing, troubleshooting, and inspections Coach apprentices in quality methods and safety culture Deliver work that is accurate, efficient, and on schedule Partner with foremen, supervisors, and other trades to remove roadblocks Drive OSHA compliance and enforce site safety standards Forecast materials and communicate needs to keep crews productive Protect company assets and maintain an orderly, clean work area What you bring Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrical License 3+ years in commercial electrical work 1+ year as a Journeyman or Leadman Able to pass a background check and a drug screening Rewards and growth Hourly pay targeted between $35 and $42. Final offers reflect your experience, credentials, and seniority relative to others in similar roles; the top of the range is not guaranteed.
