We invite you to join our talent community for Technician and Field Service positions within AES Operations and Maintenance! At AES, power is generated through a variety of energy sources, including renewables. These resources include gas and coal power plants in California, Indiana, and Ohio, and renewable energy facilities such as solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage (BESS) in many locations across the United States.

As a member of the Technician and Field Services teams, you will operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvement of power systems and equipment. These teams monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation. We encourage technical and skilled workers of all levels and interest areas to apply.

AES will consider you for any open positions within O&M, including but not limited to: Wind Turbine Technicians, Solar Technicians, BESS Technicians, Control Room Operators, Site Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Team Leaders . These are full-time, permanent employment positions and require on-site work. AES Technicians are required to have a GED or High School Diploma, and a valid US driver's license.
