We at Jio, are hiring for State Fiber Home Training Lead for Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Requirement Education: Master's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Experience: 06-10 years Job Description Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners Carry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring Manage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber, engineers Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content Plan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors Ensure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for Jio fiber, engineers / associates Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness at partner premises Lead audit of training batches at Jio center and partner premises Conduct periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators, Pilot mock home readiness with all connected devices Skill Sets Product service knowledge Knowledge of IT tools usage Planning and organizing skills Team management skills Execution skills Communication skills Coaching skills Customer focus
