Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Jewellery Operations Manager to oversee the complete order management process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewellery industry and be capable of managing production workflows, order tracking, delivery timelines, and coordination between teams to ensure timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete jewellery order lifecycle from order confirmation to final delivery.

* Coordinate with the production, CAD, CAM, casting, polishing, setting, QC, and dispatch teams.

* Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order completion.

* Track daily order status and follow up with relevant departments.

* Ensure quality standards are maintained before dispatch.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding order updates.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

* Resolve production delays and workflow issues efficiently.

* Maintain order records, inventory movement, and documentation.

* Improve workflow efficiency and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry.

* Strong knowledge of the jewellery production process.

* Experience in handling customer orders and production planning.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management software is preferred.
