Tools: ALDON, HAWKEYE, DBU, UCT, JIRA, ServiceNow SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role • Own day to day stability of JDE World applications on IBM i / AS/400 (Tier 0/Tier 1). • Monitor PROD alerts, jobs, and interfaces; triage issues, restore service fast, and escalate critical alerts per SOP. • Provide on call support, handle incident intake, impact assessment, and customer communications until closure. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for Sev 1/Sev 2 incidents; implement permanent fixes and preventive controls. • Support change windows/outages/maintenance, validate post deploy health, and ensure rollback readiness. • Maintain and execute operational runbooks, escalation paths, and first hour checklists. • Track and close related incidents/problems, coordinating with infra, network, DB, and downstream application teams. • Produce and distribute daily/weekly/monthly operational reports/dashboards (incidents, trends, SLAs).
