Here's what you can expect:

Our team works on the development and enhancement of our MOBILE-PLAN software products in the field of planning and data management. This enables our customers to optimally plan and implement daily operations in public transportation. Within the team, your responsibilities will include the following:

• You'll be involved in the entire software development process
• Your responsibilities as a developer will range from data modeling and UI design to interface implementation
• On a daily basis, you'll use various technologies and tools, such as Swing/JavaFX, Groovy, JPA, as well as Git/SVN, Maven, IntelliJ IDEA, JIRA, and SonarQube
• You'll support our colleagues in Consulting or Sales with technical questions (e.g., during requirements analysis and support cases) or collaborate with other development teams on interface implementation
• You'll take on project responsibility within the team and interact with national and international clients

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science) or vocational xnbtkat training as an IT specialist in application development
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in software development with Java
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and in formulating complex, high-performance queries would be an advantage
• You enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
• Thanks to your fluency in German and English (spoken and written), you find it easy to communicate in an international environment
• You also find it exciting to experience your work firsthand on-site during occasional (inter)national business trips
