Job Description
Provide prompt, courteous support for both onsite and remote u , resolving technical issues involving hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals. Perform daily system monitoring, ensuring the integrity, availability, and performance of IT resources across the facility. Configure, image, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, iPads, and thin clients, including hardware diagnostics and warranty management.
Troubleshoot manufacturingfloor technologies such as label printers, networkconnected devices, and equipment requiring elevated or hardtoaccess locations. Administer Active Directory accounts, file permissions, and application access, while delivering enduser training to improve technology adoption and efficiency. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams using strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills to maintain reliable technology operations.

Required Skills & Experience Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair end user computer issues. (3-5 yrs exp) Experience work on industrial Printers (ex. Zebra or Rico) Cabling knowledge and hands on familiarity is a must (25-30% of the work) Hands on experience with tasks like Key Turns, PBC Jackets, Switch Failures Experience troubleshooting computers and software programs Experience with VMware, Anti-Virus Suites, O365, SCCM a plus Experience supporting mobile devices and MDM General knowledge of networking protocols Familiar - with helpdesk software (SDP) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred - 3 years exp is really all they need A or other industry certification is a plus Experience in large manufacturing plant Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
