Job Description
Service Manager & Web Developer the company is a growing retail flooring company seeking a motivated and reliable full-time candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Availability Tuesday - Saturday Weekend availability required.
Key Responsibilities Create, update, and manage product listings on WordPress and WooCommerce. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images. Organize website categories and improve online shopping experience.
Assist with website updates and overall site maintenance. Social Media & Marketing Schedule and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Use Canva to create marketing graphics, promotional posts, and advertisements.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google. Create ads on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other advertising platforms. Cold call and email potential leads.
Collaborate with management on promotions and content calendars. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally. Customer Service Provide excellent customer support through live chat, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Manage the company’s 1-866 customer service line (claims and returns, pricing, store redirection). Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Store Operations & Administration Manage schedules for multiple store locations. Monitor live security cameras to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Coordinate with staff and management regarding store operations.
Order supplies for store locations. Assist with payroll and HR documentation. Manage scheduling changes and employee communication through Buddy Punch.
Technical & Team Support Troubleshoot internet and technical issues across stores (BELL/ROGERS). Support internal systems including RingCentral and Fluffy Chat. Maintain Google Sheets and company documentation.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
