IT Service Manager, (M/F/X) | Lisbon / Porto

Lead a critical Digital Markets unit with a high impact on business retention and expansion, managing operations and service delivery for hundreds of corporate clients (B2B), focusing on pre-sales and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership of 4 multidisciplinary teams (Support, Networks, Projects).
• Ensure efficient integration processes and SLA management focused on service management.
• 7 to 10 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of B2B integrations and EDI (AS2, X400, XML/UBL, EDIFACT protocols).
• Degree in Engineering, IT, or Management.
• Experience with technical mappings and SAP/IDOC integrations.
• Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, VPNs, and Firewalls.
