What You’ll Do: Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, and referrals Engage clients consultatively , identifying their IT challenges and offering tailored solutions Build and maintain strong relationships , becoming a trusted tech advisor Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and negotiate win-win deals Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay competitive What You Bring: Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy building trust and solving problems A tech-curious mindset — you love learning about new IT tools and services Solid understanding of solution-based selling, especially around cloud, managed services, and hybrid IT Ability to work independently, stay organized, and juggle multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license Perks & Benefits: Competitive Base Salary ($45,000 p/year) + Commission Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays & PTO Supportive, collaborative team culture
