Job Description: Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands on experience on for tech role. Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and craft job descriptions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Act as a company ambassador, promoting organizational values and culture to prospective candidates. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Data and Analytics: Utilize recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.
Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique hiring needs and challenges. Collaborate with HR Ops team to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires Note: Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements. MBA-HR degree is required. 3 to 6 yrs of experience Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, with emphasis on full-cycle recruitment Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation.
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
