IT Manager Looking for a role where you can support and improve systems, work with data, and help an organisation run effectively day to day? Closing date extended to Friday, 8 May 2026 NICVA is the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. We support organisations to do their best work and ensure the sectors voice is heard where it matters. We are entering a new phase, with a five-year strategy and a focused programme to strengthen our digital systems, how we use data, and how we operate as an organisation. The Data & IT Systems Officer role is a key part of that work - you will support the development and day-to-day operation of NICVAs systems and data infrastructure. You will maintain and develop core systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and document management platforms such as SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive. You will help ensure data is accurate, accessible and used effectively to support decision-making and demonstrate impact. The role includes supporting colleagues to use systems and data effectively, maintaining processes and standards, and providing day-to-day IT and systems support across the organisation. You will also contribute to improving how we capture, analyse and report on data, including supporting dashboards and organisational performance monitoring.

This role would suit someone who can work in a practical and organised way, with a focus on solving problems, and who brings relevant technical skills and experience. Salary: £34,434£36,363 (NICVA Grade G) Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week) Whats in it for you?
