As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and versatile IT Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our technology environment. This individual will be responsible for day‑to‑day IT operations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and playing a pivotal role in the planning and execution of our upcoming ERP system implementation. The team works on a hybrid model with 4 days in office.
IT Operations & Support Oversee the smooth functioning of all IT systems including networks, servers, endpoints, and business applications. Lead IT helpdesk functions to ensure timely support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Administer Microsoft 365, email, VPNs, and other cloud‑based productivity platforms.
Serve as the internal IT lead for the ERP project. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into ERP workflows. Oversee ERP data migration, integration, testing, and go‑live support.
Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors/consultants during all ERP phases. Support user training and change management strategies to ensure adoption. Cybersecurity & Compliance Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices to protect company data and systems.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage endpoint security tools and firewalls. Infrastructure & Systems Management Manage LAN/WAN, cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), and on‑premise systems. Maintain backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and high‑availability setups.
Monitor system performance and uptime, proactively addressing bottlenecks or risks. Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers (hardware, software, telecom). Track software licenses, renewals, and ensure legal compliance.
Negotiate contracts and service‑level agreements (SLAs). Align IT strategy with business goals; provide insight and recommendations to leadership. Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and procurement planning.
Qualifications 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Experience managing ERP implementations (e.g., N‑J D Edwards, SAP, Dynamics, Epicor). Proficiency in managing Microsoft, Linux, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity tools.
