Base pay range Central London We’re seeking a technically skilled IT Manager to lead infrastructure operations and user support in a demanding, on-site environment. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll manage a small team, handle escalations, and deliver infrastructure and server projects with precision. ••• Must come from a hospitality / luxury brand or high end consumer business ••• Key Responsibilities Lead infrastructure and server projects from planning to implementation Oversee daily IT operations, including incident management and user support Maintain and optimise systems, networks, and server environments Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues and service requests Support the IT Director with strategic initiatives and project delivery Requirements Strong experience in infrastructure projects, systems administration, and server management Proficiency in Windows Server, networking, and virtualisation technologies Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Team leadership or mentoring experience preferred What’s on offer Competitive salary & benefits Career development and technical training Health, travel, and wellness perks Collaborative, high-performance IT culture This is a full-time, on-site role covering 39 hours per week on a rota basis, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.
