Join Unisys as a Technical Field Engineer I and provide onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV technology, and workplace infrastructure.

You'll work directly with customers, troubleshoot technical issues, perform installations and upgrades, support network environments, and help ensure critical technology remains operational.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Services experience
• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
