Job Summary We are seeking a experienced IT professional to manage, maintain, and optimize the Company's IT infrastructure, systems, and security. Engineers should ensure seamless operations across the R&D lab, Office and the data environments and lead and manage the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, firewall, server and network operations. The role involves aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, driving digital transformation, ensuring network security and policy.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals. Lead digital transformation initiatives (Cloud, AI, Automation). Advise executive leadership on technology trends and risks. IT Operations & Infrastructure Oversee IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud environments). Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems. Manage data centers, networks, servers, and enterprise applications. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Lead IT governance frameworks and policy development. Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Maintain documentation, controls, and evidence for audits.
Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Support). Drive performance management, hiring, and workforce planning. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage third-party vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and procurement strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions. Budget & Financial Management Develop and manage IT budgets and cost optimization strategies. Track ROI on IT investments. Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Define and implement BCP and DR strategies. Ensure regular testing and readiness of recovery plans. Required Skills & Competencies Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors and third- party stakeholders, with strong coordination and decision-making capabilities. Deep expertise in IT infrastructure with automated tools and frameworks, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, along with strong knowledge of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and server backup & recovery solutions. Strong network security knowledge (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Network Access Control (NAC), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), NetFlow Analyzer, Packet Capture Tools (Wireshark, tcpdump), Intrusion Detection Analytics, Network Performance Monitoring (NPM)). Experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance. Knowledge of enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Zoho, Tanium, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / IT / Engineering. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Experience handling enterprise-scale IT environments. Strong background in security, compliance, and cloud transformation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) IT system uptime and reliability. Security incident reduction and response time. Audit and compliance success rate. Cost optimization and budget adherence. Project delivery timelines and success rate.
