IT Engineer - MSP Experience Required

We're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer who has built their career within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting, supporting multiple customers and balancing a varied workload.

Essential:

• Proven experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting multiple clients.
• Strong background in 2nd/3rd Line IT Support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with RMM/PSA platforms such as Kaseya or similar remote management tools.
• Strong PowerShell (or equivalent) scripting skills to automate routine tasks and improve service delivery.
• Experience supporting backup solutions, cybersecurity technologies and patch management.
• Comfortable working to SLAs, prioritising multiple customer issues and delivering excellent customer service.

Desirable:

• Experience with Kaseya technologies or similar (RMM, IT Glue, PSA, Graphus, myITProcess).
• Microsoft, CompTIA or relevant vendor certifications.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to process improvements.
