Job Description & Skills Required

Re-Cell Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Data Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and maintaining business and operational data to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance. The role requires excellent analytical abilities, technical knowledge, and the capability to communicate data-driven insights to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large volumes of business and operational data.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of company databases.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Support data migration, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data protection policies.
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain accurate records of data processes.
  • Assist with business intelligence projects and automation of reporting processes.
  • Stay updated with current data analytics technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Data Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and information security principles.
  • Experience with Python, R, or data automation tools is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
