JD:

• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to drive governance and controls, collaborate with cross functional teams across enterprise.
• Good Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: SolarWinds, Datadog, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and application environment and significance of the technology stack.
• Good understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management (Internal & External) and renewal process
• Good analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvement
• Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
• Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, Experience in creating Reports, dashboards
