IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst with strong .NET development knowledge and excellent communication skills. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing system needs, and translating them into actionable development plans. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with customers, understanding business processes, and collaborating closely with developers to deliver effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams Collaborate with developers to design, implement, and enhance .NET-based applications Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit detailed requirements Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and system documentation Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues Ensure solutions meet business needs, quality standards, and technical requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role Hands-on experience with .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
