About the Client Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They operate across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking. Position IT – Business Analyst IV, supporting an existing vacancy.
Contract and Compensation Contract Period: 6 months Pay Rate: Starting from $40 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid Business Hours: Monday‑Friday; core business hours Job Responsibilities Define API requirements and integration specifications Document data flows and mappings (source transformation target) Translate business pricing rules into technical requirements Work closely with pricing, analytics, and engineering teams Write detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria Support UAT, release planning, and production validation Experience & Qualification Requirements 10+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in system integration or API programs Experience defining API requirements, contracts, and data flows Strong skills in data mapping (source transformation target) Ability to translate business rules into clear technical specifications Experience writing detailed functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience in banking, mortgages, or pricing/rate systems Familiarity with segmentation models or analytics‑driven use cases Experience working with data teams (analytics, data science) Exposure to API design standards (REST conventions, versioning) Experience supporting UAT and production rollout Equal Opportunity Statement Robertson & the clients we represent are equal opportunity employers, committed to diversity and inclusion.
