This role combines business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant execution. Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IQMS ERP solutions.

Design and implement scalable solutions within IQMS ERP to support core business processes (Design to Release, Demand to Plan, Plan to Inventory, Inspect to Correct, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report) Coordinate system integrations and enhancements, including evaluation, scope definition, and completion of new feature requests. Provide application support and guidance to business users through IT service desk processes and act as liaison between users, vendors, and development teams. Develop and maintain process documentation, including blueprinting workflows and supporting change management activities.

Deliver user training and promote skill development for IQMS ERP across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or IT consulting. 5+ years of experience with IQMS ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Core Competencies Strong understanding of corporate functions and operational workflows. Proven experience managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Preferences IQMS ERP Core modules IQMS MRP functionality IQMS Project Management Module IQMS Finance Module IQMS Real Time IQMS Spreadsheet server and Smartpage reporting functionality Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Onsite position with up to 10% travel.

The pay range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
