IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst Needed! We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for a 12‑month initial engagement with potential extensions. The role will require working from the London office 2 days a week. Responsibilities Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams. Communicate the business drivers behind operational, functional, tactical or strategic initiatives and the value they bring to the organization. Counsel stakeholders, understand their problems and needs, and negotiate/propose viable business solutions acceptable to them. Share ideas, drive improvements and promote best practice across IT and non‑IT divisions and across physical locations. Qualifications Understanding of CSDs, CSD Regulation and the role of CSDs as FMIs within the financial markets post‑trade landscape. Deep knowledge of securities market standards such as SMPG and ISO 15022/20022.

Experience with Waterfall, V‑Model, SCRUM, and SAFe. Modelling skills: Use Cases, Story Mapping, Process Modelling (BPMN, UML), Data Modelling (conceptual/logical). #J-18808-Ljbffr
