IS Department Manager – Software and SaaS

Accountable for services in scope and management of Software and SaaS IS Category
Ensure services are clearly defined, prioritized, funded, and governed
Oversee service performance through effective coordination with Service Owners and Global IS teams
Manage risk, change, and continuous improvement across services and processes
Lead demand management for Software and SaaS IS Category
Define and implement Software Asset and License Management governance frameworks
Manage budget planning and forecasting for Software and SaaS IS Category
Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure successful execution of IS strategy and objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IS/IT service management or software asset management
• Highly skilled in IT category management, Software Asset and License Management (SALM), and SaaS governance frameworks
• Experience with software asset management tools, SaaS management platforms, and ITSM frameworks such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow Software
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; ITIL certification highly desirable
• Must be fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
