Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the QMS software (user management, access control, configuration updates). Perform routine maintenance, patches, and upgrades in coordination with IT and vendors. Monitor system performance, availability, and security.

Manage system-related change requests, deviations, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with quality and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate documentation for all system updates, incidents, and fixes.
