Invoicing Analyst

Title: Invoicing Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA 30354-1989 (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Qualifications: *The successful candidate for this role will be based in ATL **Role is hybrid in-office / remote work What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): * 2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field preferred * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite * Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with ability to manage multiple priorities * Must be performing satisfactorily in present position What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): * Previous experience with analytics and/or financial systems preferred * Undergraduate degree or prior work experience in Finance, Accounting or quantitative fields preferred but not required Responsibilities: Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks): * Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards and service level agreements * Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language and usage details; identify root causes ofrecurring errors or non compliant invoicing behaviors * Document findings, trends and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance
